VRTAC-QM, in partnership with RSA, brings you a training on the Credential Attainment Rate, arguably the most complicated of the six performance indicators in WIOA. This training covers the basic components of this performance indicator and reviews the reporting requirements and how to calculate credential attainment rate using data elements from the RSA-911 and how those are populated into the WIOA annual report. This training also covers the performance results from program years 2019 and 2020, the first two years of credential attainment rate data, and presents credential attainment rate scenarios. Finally, the training answers some specific questions from VR agencies to the QM.
