Crystal firmly believes that "it's never what you say or do, but HOW you say and do those things", and from this belief stems Crystal's commitment to quality assurance and the internal controls that strengthen the overall process of quality assurance. Prior to joining the VRTAC-QM team, Crystal built her resume by spending approximately 7 years in Adult Education, 2 years in Corporate Organizational Effectiveness, and 6 years in a State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency. Crystal holds 2 undergraduate degrees in General Education and Journalism, a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications with an emphasis on Business Psychology, and she is currently working toward a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis on Policy and Practice. Coupling her work experience with her academic experience, Crystal aims to identify process gaps and partner with key stakeholders to bridge those gaps for optimal return on investment.
